Order, standardization, elimination of the superfluous, traceability of products and information are the levers of this technique, which allows you to take the path of simplicity, order and ease of communication.

  • Understanding the critical points of 5s implementation in the specific world of plastics
  • Understand the specific applications for the various technologies to optimize workstations and create efficiency through the identification of waste and its removal
  • Understanding concretely how order and cleanliness improve Quality and working times, and understanding how an efficient environment also allows a reduction in stocks and a reduction in accidents
