About the event
Often the daily work is fragmented and unproductive, causing stress, conflicting priorities and few tangible results.
The solution is to maximize the efficiency of people's work, the optimization of their time, achieving more results, thanks also to the techniques of "Gemba Walk" that is improvement starting from the "field" (= Gemba). The course deals with the issue of effective and efficient management of "ordinariness": organizing priorities and time by reducing stress, increasing efficiency and yield, planning one's work, managing the team and planning the agenda and micro- activities. The course is conducted with ample space dedicated to discussion in order to share with the participants the techniques, tools and above all the mentalities that are the basis of the ordinary management of one's work.
- Lean Plastic and continuous improvement in the Plastic Factory: efficiency, flows, specific plastic waste
- Daily Management Daily Management: how to organize your day according to the principles of efficiency, planning your work, lean approach in the operational management of activities (specific Lean principles applied to manageriality-rationality-organization). Management of meetings and the role of team-player
- Gemba Walk: how to identify problems "in the field" and how to initiate and manage improvement through team play and the immediate practical approach on Gemba.
3 sessions of 3 hours each, for a total of 9 hours.
